J40 out of the teams that you mentioned above as 2 seeds, Texas has by far the strongest resume.....# 5 RPI with high profile wins over top teams. So I would say they are closer to a #1 seed than a #3. But in the end we probably get a #2, lets just hope that #2 is in Houston.

Luck? Please. Wasn't it your very own DKR that said, "luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity"? Isn't Tennessee #1 in BOTH the RPI and SOS? This is a Tennessee team that defeated SC by margins of 24 and 33 during the regular season. SC knew coming in that their next loss will be the end of their season and the last game Odum serves as their coach, so they were obviously on that emotional high. In the end, the much better team won, despite playing poorly.

And FYI, if anyone interested in watching the Vols "luck" their way into their 30th win of the season tomorrow, Yahoo! is broadcasting the games for free online.
