Okay, I know you are all wrapped up in 2009 now but I just noticed that this guy from Brenham that we signed is listed as a Fullback and is listed as 5'10", 210, and with a 4.4 forty. Are these stats for real? If so, he should be a stud at tailback.

Yeah, I thought he was more like 230

He was recruited to be a LB. Imagine a LB with 4.4 speed!!
Kindle! If we can have our LB's live up to there potential this year, look out!! Kindle, Muck, and Norton need to step up and be as dominant as the tOSU backers were 3 years ago. If not, Earnest and Roberson may see some early playing time.

Just because you are big and fast doesn't mean you will make a good runningback.

My best example is Roscoe Tatum. If you can recognize that name you are fairly old school or from Deep East Texas.

He was perfect combination of size, great speed, and no running back snes.

I've seen Ryan play a few times, and I don't think 4.4 is entirely accurate. Maybe one day, with perfect weather, after eating a bowl of bran flakes a few hours prior, he ran a 4.4. Ryan is simply a great football player who is also smart and a good guy. I think he'll do well here.
