Runs Scored Differential

The Cleveland Indians are 14 games out of first place.The Washington Nationals (?) are 14 games out of first place.

Are they basically the same level? I doubt it. As of 11:40PM on July 7th, 2008 the two teams have the following Runs Scored Differential.

Cleveland: -6
Washington: -121

Talk about back luck. Cleveland is 14 games below .500, but only 6 measley runs below even. What a bummer.
