Can y'all refresh me on the changes for this upcoming season? Is this the year they move back the 3-pt line to the international distance? How will these changes affect NCAA basketball, and Texas in particular?

See if that works for you. I don't think the longer 3-point line is listed because it was a change last year, but this is the year.

The other change is to the NBA rule on goaltending... if the ball hits the board, it's considered to be going down, so you no longer can block off the board if the ball is going up.
