The sales pitch to China to have them open up their media markets to Russian propaganda wasn't a strong one, IMHO. That's what that was...Western media is more powerful than governments, biased and bad so you need to let RT (a Russian government owned media org) into your closed market. Afterall, Russia lets Chinese media into their own market.

That's a good summary. But the video lists specific examples some might find of interest; unless of course it's more comfortable for the US audience to ignore them.
