Horns have moved up to #31 (from 38th) in the most recent RPI ratings, which is fourth among Big12 squads. One thing I don't understand is why Duke is still #1 in the RPI even though they have one more loss, and got destroyed by #2 UCONN (their SOS rankings are close at #'s 1 and 2 respectively). Just doesn't make sense to me given the head-to-head result, and Duke's recent loss to NC as well. It puts the Horns season in a little better perspective when you see that six of our seven losses were to teams rated 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 11th and 18th in the RPI.
