I'm looking for another roommate starting ASAP.
I have 1 bedroom of a 3/2 house available. It is located in the Windsor Park neighborhood, and is a block from the Cameron Road Shuttle (which Loop(y) used to drive, I keep hounding him to get on it again) which takes about 12 minutes to get to school from my stop and is almost neer crowded.
It's a house, not an apartment. It has all the appliances: fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, etc. Wood floors in the rooms, tile in the kitchen/bathroom. Nice shaded backyard that's good for parties (and the neighbors don't mind them either). The living/diing rooms are already furnished, but the bedroom doesn't have furniture, so you'd need your own stuff for there.
I have a dog, so if you have allergies, sorry. Butif yo don't, she's a cool dog and loves every person she's ever met.
The rent is usually $350 a month + utilities (1/3rd), however, for the summer (May-August) it will only be $300 + utilities. You can sign a lease for just the summer, or longer if you can.
