Rondo to Mavs

Reports on espn that Dallas gets the point guard they want. If true, this is a difference maker. Mavs can challenge with this guy at point.

And they already had played the Spurs much better in last year's playoffs than anybody else did, before getting the two Chandlers and Rondo.

Although right now Dallas is losing at home, on a couple of days rest, to a Spurs team that played 3OT games on 2 of the past 3 nights and is missing due to injury or resting 7 of their top 8 guys.

Dallas comes back to win.

Spurs were resting guys, and Rondo is playing his first ever game with Rick Carlyle and the Mavs. So this game, no matter what both teams looked like tonight, will tell us very little about how these teams will play next April when its all on the line.
