Ronald Powell - #1 Overall

So the new ESPN150 has Ronald Powell at #1 overall, jumping past Jeffcoat. Watching his film, I wasn't as impressed as I was with Jeffcoat, or even Hicks. Anyone agree?

Jeffcoat isn't committing to Florida, so he doesn't deserve to be #1.

Both of those DTs going to Florida look pretty tough. They are doing amazingly well especially in light of the Meyer situation.

I sorta expect us to be seeing them down the road.

You expect that? I expected that the last 2 years and didn't end up seeing us play them. I won't hold me breath on that matchup....though I would love to see it some day.

I expect we'll see them, we both have the top two ranked recruiting classes coming in. If I recall correctly, something we haven't done in a long time [top class]. we were in the championship game this year with no class ranked above a 5?

We'll either see Alabama or Florida again, they have had (3) #1 recruiting classes in the last four years. (Alabama =2;UF=1) with Florida staying in the top 5 all but last year i think and looking to make it the #1 class this year so 4 out of 5 between the two.
