This 5' 3" player from Neches is going to state for a 4th time, trying to win State for a 3rd time...

Are we looking at her? Hope so...here's what has been said about her...

"Say what you want about a player standing just 5-3, but Patton gets it done. The only thing more you could ask for is for Patton to do her thing against 5A competition but her instincts, vision, quickness and ability to deliver the ball to teammates in tight spaces all translates to the next level. She is just that quick. Though she is a pass-first point guard, she can knock down shots when defenders back off to try and neutralize her quickness. She is quick to the ball on defense, so loose ball handlers beware."

I work with a relative of hers and she said she was told Roddricka was going to Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches. She didn't know if she had had offers from other schools. Roddricka's cousin, Sarah Bullard, plays PG for another small school, Frankston, and is also a good player.

Watching her play in FEC, has a triple-dbl already, Points, Rebounds and STEALS...plus 8 assists...headed for a quadruple-double...she just threw a no-look pass to a another player who got the lay-up...DAMN, she is QUICK!!

Then went flying down and backed up for a 3 pointer...

Sure wish Texas had room for her!!

OK, now she is astounding...just flipped a no-look pass behind her back...winds up with a triple - double, playing in Championship Game tomorrow...

Bumping this for an update about Roddricka. She decided not to play for SFA and now plans to go to Trinity Valley Community College. Her relative is unsure why she changed, possibly grades or maybe following a boyfriend.
