I would love to see DHoward and DWilliams but that sounds too good to be true . The Rockets are in major need of some star power . I would be happy with one of the two . Ecstatic with both !

Getting Williams and/or Howard seems to be the trendy Plan A for most NBA teams save the Thunder and the Heat. Sadly, nobody seem to have Plan B that is in any way viable to compete with the Thunder and the Heat.

Morey is working the FA pool like a poker player. The problem is I can't tell if he's drawing to an inside straight, a flush, or better. He has a weak hand in remaining players, but that's not the hole cards.

Regardless, if he doesn't hit on the draw, the Rockets are f*cked. They're going to be so devoid of talent that they're gonna be worse than Charlotte was last year (7 wins). Ouch.

ESPN is reporting that in a turnabout, the Knicks probably won't match the Rockets offer for Jeremy Lin, so it's very likely he could be headed back to Houston.

It took Lin two months to go from a wandering free agent searching for an opportunity to a guy worth a $25 million, three year contract. Gotta wonder about his staying power. If I were a Rockets fan I'd be excited about the potential. If I were the owner, I might be a little queasy for a while.

Been reading up on a lot of articles and it they don't make any moves and just stick to their guns , then they would be living in the middle of the pack (or worse) for years to come . So , with that being said , I think all the potential moves they're making is worth it , even if it does mean getting rid of fan favorite Luis Scola .
