Very nice signing. There is going to be a trade this summer. If not, one decent player and one asset might get waived. The way I see it, the last 4 cut are Harris, Woods, Leunen, and Francis. Harris has played decently when given a chance. However, we already have enough 6'7" PF's. Francis is an asset because of his contract.

If there is no movement this summer, those guys probably get cut loose. Later in the year, probably before the trading deadline, you will probably then see the trade. Most likely involving one or all of the following players - Jackson, Head, Novak. The Rockets should also have two trade exceptions from the Bonzi for Jackson trade and the Synder for Green trade. Both will expire 2/21/09. Whether the Rockets choose to use them is another question.

As a Spurs fan, I'm not happy about this at all, especially if they choose to re-sign Finley instead. Barry was by far and away the more productive of the two when healthy. If he would've gotten Finley's minutes against LA in game 1, I think the Spurs would've won the series. Very sorry to see Bones go. Nice pickup by the Rox.

I like the way this team is shaping up....now if we can only stay healthy!

I hope Dorsey can get some of Chucks minutes.....watching him struggle with layups is painful.

Hopefully he stays healthy but he wil complete the Rocket Injury Trifecta, also known as the RIT factor. When discussing the Rockets you must always account for the RIT. Any given loss during the season always is followed with. Damn, if we only had (insert Yao, T-Mack). Now we can add Barry and miss him when things go wrong.
BTW, I heard from a friend that he and his brother Jon don't talk. Anyone have a source on this?
