Now that our great season and tournament run is over, I hope KU brings it home for the Big 12. I hope they validate my thought that our conference was clearly the best in the country this year.

Normally I root for the underdog aside from the Horns in the tournament, but watching the Jayhawks today I found myself really pulling for them.

I just respect the hell out of guys like Russell Robinson, Chalmers, and Rush after our battles with them year in year out.

BRING IT HOME FOR THE BIG 12!
 
FWIW, a small group of Jayhawk fans that we encountered while we were standing around a tv at Ford Field yesterday was pulling for the Horns.

Go Hawks, what lame *** fans don't cheer for their conference, of course not including aggie and okie.

Bring the Big 12 some more harware and more respect.

For those cheering for Memphis, you either have the chance to say 'we got our *** whipped by the eventual national champ' or 'we split games with the eventual national champ' which is better?
 
I would really like to see KU win it all. They have a great program and do it with class. We have developed a good rivalry with them over the last few years and it should continue for the foreseeable future. While I'm generally not a big believer in the "making our conference look good" theory, this year I am.

Frankly though if Memphis plays like they did this weekend I don't see how anyone is going to beat them.

UCLA is the team to beat, IMHO, and I'll be cheering for them.

This Final Four should be one of the best in recent memory given the caliber of the teams.

If UCLA doesn't win I wouldn't be upset to see KU take it.
