Just got my copy from Amazon, now have the TexMex, Legends of Texas BBQ. It is a similar format to the other two--recipes, and some history mixed in. There is a recipe for chile pequin pepper sauce that that someone was asking for a few weeks ago on this Board.

No recipe for baking powder biscuits and the jalapeno corn bread has sugar in it. I do not like cornbread with sugar in it. Haven't tried anythng from the book yet, but I would give it a B+ just on a quick read. It may be a little heavy handed debunking the cowboy myth.
