Roast tonight

I've never done one in a crock pot. I assume you're doing beef. If so, I'd highly recommend searing it in a pot or skillet before putting it in the crock.
 
I put a can of cream of chicken soup and a tablespoon of water.

It's a 3.6 lb beef roast. Cut up some carrots and taters. It's on high for four hours. I didn't cook it at all before i put it on.
 
So far so good. About an hour and a half in. Haven't opend the top yet, but it smells damn good. Doing a total of four hours on high. Will post pics.
