Not when you like it by the pound at lunch. It's cheap for being on a plate with all the fixings, but when served on white butcher paper with slices of white bread, it just seems odd to pay $16 for meat.
I ate at the Shoreline Grill a couple of weeks ago and this older man sitting at the next table was telling the waiter that his prime rib was the best he had ever had. He was old, and he looked like he had consumed his fair share of prime rib, so I think he knew a little about the subject.
