RoadRunner / Outlook Question

I'm having (i think) e-mail transmission problems. People telling me they're not getting my outlook e-mails (without the e-mail kicking back to me). What's the best way to tell for sure if there's a problems? Or is there a way? Is this normally a RoadRunner server issue, and something they can address?T thanks.

what is your outgoing mail server? copy yourself on the emails and see if you get them.

Let me know what the outgoing server is and what domain your email is using (the part after the @). Are you using a [email protected] email or like [email protected] for outlook?

i don't have any problems sending out mail with my rr account. I used Outlook in the past and now use Eudora. I use my email heavily, sending out 10-20 mb worth a day.

make sure your pop server is set to pop-server
smtp server set to smtp-server
