Rivals100 natl list is out

We have to remember that these players are considered the top 100 across the nation. A lot of good players won't be included. But these are all considered very good players with great potential possible in college.
 
And Vince Young will scream back at you that, being the best college football player in history, he doesn't give a damn...

I know we have Jake Matthews still offered but in case it doesn't work out why not consider offering the No. 1 recruit Seantrel Henderson who is an OL?
 
Over half the 2002 class didn't contribute a lick of dog crap. I'm thinking that the 2009-10 group is here to play.
 
Check out #46. Mack shouldn't have any trouble convincing him to come to UT.

It's great to see Espinosa up there at #75. I thought I read that he was unranked, but apparently his UT offer swayed the Rivals voters.

We have gotten commits from 6 of the top 13 players in Texas, still have a chance at 2-3 others, plus a top OOS. I would be elated to get Seastrunk, Darius White, and Chris Jones. I can imagine a 3000 yrd passer ,1500 yrd rusher, and 2 1000 yrd receivers in same season. Hicks would be outstounding pickup. Jeffcoat or Wilson would shore this class up. May be dreaming, but it could happen. If it does happen, we will be nat'l championship contenders for the next 6 years.

I was surprised to see guys like Chris Jones and Dominic Espinosa on the list, but not after watching their film. This class really does have the potential to be ridiculous
 
Where are we at with those top 3 kids. I thought for sure we would have gotten 1 or 2 of those by now. I mean those are all position of need.
 
I'm wondering the same thing. There's no reason we shouldn't be able to get at least two of the three with White, Seastrunk, or Jeffcoat since they're all in our backyard.
 
Check out the Jordan Hicks interview video at his rivals page. He says Texas was always his favorite team growing up .. "Everybody has a favorite team. Texas is mine" .. Up in Cinicinnati? .. Well Reggie Wilson committed as a DE. Looks like that gap is closing in comparison to the 09 class. 2010 class is just sick and is looking to be best class Mack has ever signed.
 
We should be able to get great speed D ends for the next ten years atleast. After Rak,and the year that Sergio should have, the ends will be linning up for a chance to have Coach Boom set em loose. I have met Coach Giles and think that he would be a great coach to play for. And for the record, I am putting Alex O. as my pick for the Big 12 Defensive Freshman of the Year. The secondary should be a lot better, and the qbs should have to hold the ball a little longer. Sergio is not used to playing every down soI think the time will be there.
