That is quite the impressive list. I counted ten players on last year's final list of Rivals250. If things go our way we may see ten players on this year's Rivals100.
 
In the past has the Rivals 250 or the LSR 100 been more accurate at predicting players positional rankings? For example, I noticed that Tevin Jackson is #8 on the LSR 100 and 158th on the Rivals 250, but Corey Nelson is ranked one spot behind Tevin on the LSR 100 but is 24th on the Rivals 250?

That is a Burton vs. Ketch issue. Some times guys have to be seen before the can be ranked - most often the list starts with the best players from their junior year - some are unknown.
 
So no Terrell, McCoy, Cotton, or Phillips on that list. That ought to be some good motivation for those 4. If that is the lowest ranked talent in this year's class - wow!
 
Is it Darius White or Adrian White that would be a 5 star? I would think Darius would be a 5 and Andrian would be a 4. Anyhow, I would take both of them.

just a fantastic start.. though i wouldn't putting much weight to the number of 4 stars yet and rivals100s yet. lots of things still will happen. i remember a year ago when the first rivals100 came out it seemed like the site was lazy and a majority of the usc recruits at the time were rivals100 guys.. and they slid once they got videos of others. not to say most of our guys won't end up in the rivals250, but possibly a couple may not stick. with the rivals100 however, we may actually add some with our group. i still think out of cotton and philips, at least one will become a 4 star. plus, i think we get at least 2 of the 5 stars (counting wilson because he should end up a 5 star) left on the board.

we will end up with one of the most solid top to bottom classes ever recruited, and still possibly end up with a #2 or #3 ranking because someone like usc will have like 5 5 stars.
 
I just added it up. When UT's 2009 class arrives in full in the fall there will be 53 four and five star kids on the roster. Wow.
