Ripping songs from enhanced CDs

I want to rip some songs from enhanced CDs, you know, the type where you put it into your CD-Rom, and a menu pops up with pictures, videos... etc. of the artist.

I have Musicmatch and WMP on my computer, and haven't figured out how to do it with those two programs. Is there a better program to use? Help.

And yes, I actually own the CDs. MP3 is just more convenient than lugging around a CD player.

Okay, here's a new twist. The enhanced CD doesn't work properly on my work or personal computer. The menu comes up, but no matter which button I click, nothing happens.

Use iTunes, it's great! I've never had any problems.
