There was some good talent coming out of Dallas around that time with those 2 and Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jimmy Vaughn, Frank Beard, Dusty Hill, Boz Skaggs. Anyone else I left out?
Dan Seals was from McCamey, Jimmy Seals was from Rankin, Roy Orbison from Wink. I think Crofts was from Water Valley, lot of great music born in some little bitty West Texas towns.
