RIP Columbo

[Third Coast]

83 and suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's. Time to let it go. RIP

He was great. An actor's actor.

Loved him in the Columbo role even though every episode was the same.

Great in Wings of Desire, as well.

Bon Voyage, sir.

Columbo was my all-time favorite TV show. And I still watch taped episodes every now and then. We will miss the Lieutenant. RIP.

I used to love it when he'd start walking away from the villain, then turn back, put his index finger to his lips and say "Oh, I almost forgot. Just one more thing ...." then ask the question that would break the case wide open.

I forgot he was in the Princess Bride.

Also a mainstay in a couple of Cassavetes' groundbreaking filmworks (A Woman Under the Influence, especially).

Alzheimer's -- yuck.

Yeah, my Grandmother lived with us for a couple of years after contracting Alzheimer's. I can absolutely, unequivocally say F-Alzheimer's.

Always enjoyed Falk in his roles. RIP.
