Richard Justice Attacks Augie Again

What an idiot. This guy's hatred for Augie knows no bounds. He is able to crowbar a dig at Augie into a generally enjoyable article on Aggie Football moving to C-USA. Below is the relevant portion:

I disagree with Justice when he said "No college coach does less with more than Augie”. News Flash Richard: This team he just took the CWS was not very good. I would argue that shot he took at Augie is actually border line retarded, it’s so inaccurate. The 09 team doesn’t come close to comparing with the talent that was on the 02, 03, 04 and 05 teams and yet he took them all the way to the championship series. Now the 09 squad may have played well together as a team but top to bottom nobody in that lineup would play over the past longhorn starters to play in the cws.

However, I don’t begin to expect Justice or any sports writer for that matter to actually have an in depth knowledge of the talent and skill level of any college baseball team. They only start paying attention at the end of May and they might read the stat sheet, look at the standings and possibly refer the media guide to find out great filler facts such as “Tim and Omar are roommates.”

And one more thing. How can you say someone does less with more when you finish 2nd out of 302 D1 baseball teams and 1 win away from winning the whole damn thing? I know Texas has the highest standards but **** Richard.

Ditto. Justice has absolutely no knowledge of college baseball. Freakin moron. The Texas team was probably about top 20 talent wise and was some questionable moves late in game 1 away from winning the whole enchilada. That ain't less with more, but just the opposite. Oh where was the uberteam CSF, oh yeah watching the horns play.

What about the preseason #1 team underachievments? Look at the all big12 team, how many Horns on the first or second squad?

Augie did a great job this year especially after the pre-season distraction that he rightfully owned up to like a man.

Next year will be a year that they could under-achieve if they don't get back to the CWS.

Isn't the team that was Pre-Season #1 and didn't make our Super closer to where he's writing his columns? Coudn't he take a look to find some other team out there that does less with more to get us off the top of his worthless list?
