Glad that the HF tailgate is going again. I think that I crashed a family gathering a while back before noticing the large sign beneath the TV that said "Friends and Family Only".

Yes, we're having a tailgate. I haven't posted the info until now because things just set up and plans were unsure until now.

We will be in Lot 9, which is the SW corner of the ORANGE Lot. See Reliant Parking Map.

We will have a set space on the grass near the Astrodome. There won't be a blimp, but you can find us by looking for the trailer pit with a roof (belonging to HornFans poster pnuema), my burnt orange truck, and plenty of good times.

I'll have 4 tents up in a block and we'll have a 42" TV to watch GameDay and the early games before going in to watch us beat Rice. We'll be serving fajitas, pork loin, and sausage. Also, I'll supply 3-4 cases of water, a small supply of sodas, and about 15 cases of beer. Since I'm only providing 2 coolers of beer, you might consider bringing a six-pack to add to the coolers so that we don't run out too soon before the game.

Also, that little corner edge in the SW corner of the orange lot that points west seems to be the grassy area that we're assigned to (thanks to Google or Maquest aerial shots). Plan to set up around 8am (special credientials).
