Chased Ryan Berry after 3 with 9 runs on 7 hits. Amazing. Rice now on third pitcher, don't know if second was situational or he was chased during the 7-run fourth.

I may have a new underdog favorite.

I think it's funny. Sorry, but I do. I was all for Rice against aggy, but they really still are sort of a johnny-come-lately as far as performing on the national scene when compared to teams like Texas, Stanford, LSU, and USC, yet they act like Wayne Graham was an advisor to Abner Doubleday himself.

Sounds like Fresno has two injured starting pitchers, so I don't know how far they will get after this blowout, but that was impressive. I might as well be for them, as an underdog and all.
