Rice 65 - AM 58

The predictable meltdown on TexaAgs is hilarious. They hate themselves worse than they hate us right now.

This gem:

"Right now the other coaches on the bench seem reluctant to demonstrate any energy or initiative in coaching-up the players that appears above physical capabilities of Kennedy...thus, we have a staff of "coaching zombies." Stop the bleeding now...or the men's basketball program will need to be amputated at season's end."

I think I will wear my Zombie costume for their game here.

Wish - You may know this already but that comment is in reference to the fact that their head coach has been diagnosed with early-stage Parkinsons disease, & the treatment has apparently left him with almost zero energy, & barely able to talk loud enough for the players to hear. Some other texags posters have suggested that the assistants are acting like zombies in an effort to not upstage him (or maybe offend him?).
They are def in a quandry because (IMO) he should prob step down, but who knows what his doctor has advised would be best for him, & what AD wants to fire someone against their will because thay are sick???
Having said that, if they are going to play the games, I still wish them to lose. Just wanted to clear that up for anyone that didn't know.

HOOK 'EM,
Texdoc

At a minimum, the guy should take an LOA until the end of the season. He should then resign and get out of the way. I don't want to be too hard on the guy, but you have to realize when you are not capable enough to do your job anymore.

Just like the agricultural & mechanical football teams... this team simply ran out of time versus the mighty Owls. Poor aggy

From ESPN's sked:
The Link

They're 8-4, but 3 of those wins were over teams that don't even have a website link.

The Hooters are 9th nationally in RBs per game and finished within 10 points of Lamar and Temple --- but were blown out by 27 at home by Iowa State.

Oh, and did I mention they beat aggy at aggy.

We suck ***. Kennedy was an abortion of a hire and now he has a lifetime disease that will make us look like ******** when we fire him.

Par for the course.

I haven't been watching Baylor but judging from their results this year, it's not like they've just been steamrolling anyone to begin with.
