The pendulum swings long, rises high and returns rapidly in politics.

Unchecked power will always go too far; the echo chamber is like a vacuum. No dissent and only one sound will fill the canyon.

Neocons are split on Trump.

Elliott Abrams, Vin Weber, Paul Wolfowitz, Eliot Cohen, Jeb Bush and others did not vote for Trump because he they felt his character and unwillingness to learn new things disqualified him from POTUS.

Others like Dick Cheney, Don Rumsfeld, Scooter Libby, Frank Gaffney, Gary Bauer, Bill Bennett and others are more opportunistic.
