Why would man evolve past war when death is the pure mechanism that drives evolution? Survival of the fittest, war to survive and thrive. Man isn't evolving towards a higher consciousness.

But yeah, great doc.

Great documentary. Highly recommended. I don't think this happened at the same time as filming was being done but it did happen at Restrepo.
