wife and I went to Hoovers on the East side a few years back for Thanksgiving.. It was extremely solid.

Kerbey Lane South and the Bakehouse are both open. But whether that meets your needs for "good", I dunno.

I've been to Hyde Park Grill before on Thanksgiving, and I think Truluck's was last year. I expect some of the Thai places will be open, as well several east side cantina type restaurants.
