Republicans: The party of Wall Street

This is the message being played by the dems since there is a current populist movement underway. Of course, its a lie, the dems receive on avg. more money from wallstreet than the republicans, at least they did during the last presidential election. Wall Street put BO in the WH.

The burgeoning of populist protests in New York and other cities shows that resentment over the economy is growing, and Democratic strategists are moving aggressively to show that President Obama and his party are taking steps to solve the problem while Republicans are standing in the way.

The Democratic National Committee is starting what a spokesman called a coordinated attack with the Obama re-election campaign and state parties designed to link Republican presidential candidates to Wall Street. As part of that effort, the DNC this morning released a new 105-second web video called "Republicans: On the Side of Wall Street, Not Consumer

haha

so the dem operatives/backers help organize them and now say they are the party of the people.

this is not going to stick and will back fire on the dems.

this is what happens when you put a community rabblerouser in the white house. this is the kind of **** these people do. fesat on the ignorant, feed them a false cause, and point the finger at the boogeyman to hide the fact that you are a worthless piece of excrement. this really is the most transparent admin ever.

Remember the Dodd-Frank Financial Reform bill? It was passed by the previous Democratic Congress. The Wall Street Banks supported it, while the main-street banks opposed it. And it just so happens that the vast majoirty of the leaders of the Wall Street financial institutions are Democrats. What a coincidence.

Clearly, it is the Democratic Party that is party of Wall Street.

I disagree with both sides, or maybe agree with both. Wall Street has gotten away with murder (probably literally too) because of financial loop holes and escape hatches from bought and paid for elected officials on either side of the aisle. Loose regulation and pathetic watchdog practices by the SEC have all help lead us to where we are. To me these "greedy ********" are no different than illegal immigrants. All of them saw a way to make a better life and continue to take their shots regardless of laws or ethics. We the public have allowed the situation to exist by not enforcing any penalties or holding companies responsible for blatant violations.

Goldman Sachs gave more than a $1 million to Obama in 2008. Anyone that believes his schtick at this point should take a long look in the mirror.

Interesting thatObama has gotten 1/3 of his campaing donations so far from Wall Street people. obma likes to pretend the money comes from the little people but most of it comes from " bundlers" ( people who bundle more than $50,000)
and of the 244 bundlers so far 80 work in finance insurance and real estate, your know the evil rich.

I think we can follow the money here and find out how many of these bundlers have business before the US Gov't.
