Replacement windows encased in brick siding

Any good recommendations for replacement windows in Austin? I'm thinking about replacing my cheap track home aluminum frame windows with some decent double pane windows. The only downside is 7 of them are encased in brick. Does anyone know how much more expensive a contractor would charge? I'm assuming they have to cut the flange out and then use a replacement windows.

Anyone ever done this? Thanks

I had to remove/move one and the only way i could see to do it was remove the brick around it, but I didn't really try to go another way since I was moving the thing over a couple feet.

Depending on your electircal company check for any rebates. i got something from COA about a program a few days ago.
