replacement parts for grill

I'm trying to find someplace where I can buy a replacement lid for a weber grill. I've been to their website and can't find one. OR if anyone has an idea of how I could make one, that would work to.

I was thinking of using the inside of the bottom bowl as a mold and just bending/hammering some peice of metal into the shape for the top. Not sure if that is doable but it was a thought.

Any ideas would be helpful.

You will never get it to fit tightly. Just buy a whole new weber or troll craiglist. That is where I found the lid for my barrel. Bought a used weber from Craig.
