Renting a bay place for a month in Summer, Port A?

Seems like there are one or two folks that rent a place in port a or port isabel for the Summer, a buddy of mine wants to split a place with me for a month and leave his boat down there for the month so we can make a couple trips between us down there.

I know most of the rentals I have looked at online are weekly or dailiy rather than monthly. Figured the braintrust here might have some suggestions for finding a place. I am guessing something in Island Moorings? Any ideas or suggestions welcome!

PS acess to a pool is a biggie.
