Renter's Insurance - NYC

Signed a lease at 45 Wall Street and they require Renter's Insurance. Does anyone have renter's insurance in NYC? Can anyone recommend a company? How much is it per year roughly? I know there are a lot of variables, but some general idea would help....

those floor plans are wierd, why not 2 Gold? same people. and as far as I know none of their other places downtown require that. what floor plan did you opt for?

2 Gold did not have apartments with the number of bedrooms we wanted. Also - 45 Wall is a lot closer to both my job and one of my other two roommates jobs. Moreover, subway access is a bit better from 45 Wall than 2 Gold. Lastly, we are doing a flex3 and Two Gold Street's floorplans are a lot more difficult to turn into 3 bedrooms because of the way the living rooms are shaped.

I believe all Rockrose properties require Renter's Insurance, but I could be mistaken. Regardless, I need a recommendation for an insurance company/agent and a rough idea of how much the price will be....
