I saw the recent red carpet photos of the famous Texas actress and thought she looked different than before, but still very attractive. I've heard her previous appearance described as 'squinty eyed" and "bee sting face" so maybe she listend and went to a surgeon to get it fixed.

I guess she was never perfect, but I always thought her appearance cute, interesting, pleasing to the eye. I really hate that people can't just accept how people look -- that because you are famous and at one point in your life really hot -- there is pressure to stay forever beautiful and maybe fix some of the imperfections God left you. I'd hate to hear what people I've overheard calling Julia Roberts a "horse face" would say if they as harshly looked at themselves, their spouses and kids...

My wife asked me what I thought about the photos. I think she removed what was uniquely her look. Only she knows the reasons but I feel for actresses in Hollywood, especially aging ones. There is immense pressure to continue to look young to avoid the "mom/grandma" roles. From where I sit, it rarely works out for them though when looking at the careers of Meg Ryan and others.

I actually like Zelwegger's look. She lost that innocent look.

Far from making her look younger, I think she looks older.
Doesn't look like Renee Z anymore.

Does anyone remember when she waited tables at Sugars in the early '90s? Worked with a guy in sales who was dating her, used to go there for Friday lunch and the Titty Titty Boom Boom table dances special. She didn't dance unfortunately.

If I didn't already know, I wouldn't even think those were pictures of the same person. How far apart were they taken? Appears to be around 10 years.

Something that seems to be overlooked in these "before" and "after" plastic surgery controversies is that Kenny Rogers and Renee Zellweger can't just take vitamins, use good lotions and look 25 the rest of their lives.
