Remodel contractor needed

I am looking to have a remodel job done in the Plano/Frisco area and need a good contractor to basically rearrange some inner walls to make an extra bedroom and gameroom out of larger gameroom. Already have architect drawing of basic plan. You guys got any referrals in the area. Already have two contractors doing bids, but another one (especially from a Horn) couldn't hurt. Thanks.

We used this guy in Frisco. Took out 3 walls etc. Did a nice job. No complaints.

usually a few months after a "contractor needed" post one can expect a "attorney needed" post.

make sure you set an end date and then a fee/penalty every day thereafter that decreases the bill.

SO if he says yes i can do this job in 30 calendar days give him 37 and then apply the fee to the 38th day.

My good buddy was a contractor for years and he did this on every job.
