Remembering a Longhorn Legend - Farrah Fawcett

RIP

I had her poster in my room in college... I was in love with a former UT co-ed!:yippee:

So I am listening to a Kasey Kasem repeat yesterday( I know, I know) and he was telling the history of a song inspired by Farrah.
Some songwriter dude called Lee Majors house to talk with Lee. He wasn't there so the guy talks to Farrah. She tells him she can't talk long since she is leaving on a midnight plane to Houston to see her parents.
Wait for it

That turned into Leavin on a midnight train to Georgia.
And Gladys Knight was very grateful to Farrah maybe not as much as you Worster.
