Kristen left the court last night and it looked like she was having trouble with her contact and then she went to the locker room. She had to get stiches in her eyelid!

Man! I knew it was rough out there, but WHEW! Did anyone hear what happened to Ashely Gayle's mouth/jaw?

they were letting them play last night. that stuff with Ashley happened near my corner. I thought she got whacked in the throat but didn't actually see what happened. Hope she is okay and able to breathe without pain.

Ashley sat right in front of us with the trainers when she came out of the game. At that time they seemed to be looking at her jaw. She left the court immediately without any “good games”, or Eyes of Texas.

It made me think of the game when Asha Hill broke her jaw, and then went back into the game. Unfortunately, Asha missed a lot of games afterward.

Best wishes to Ashley. I’m hoping it was just really painful at the time and not a serious or long term injury.
