Regular Physical

What is the difference between a regular and full physical examinaltion?

I hate going to the Dr. so this will be a 1st.

Ive had the same PCP for a while. I just visit when I need prescriptions for the flu..etc. So I havent had any kind of thourough exam. Also, Im still in my 20's. Does age influence what parts of the physical are actually given?
