Question for fellow 'horns in the mortgage lending corner of the universe -- I have four residential investment properties in austin. My local bank suggested I look into the possibility of consolidating the four mortgages into one big one, and pulling the cash out (a sort of consolidation cash out refi). I have not heard of any bank being willing to do such a thing... have you? If so, are there specific banks you would recommend I speak with about it?
