rednecking mulch

Anyone seen any piles of mulch around at, say, the latest Walmart or Milburn subdivision, that would be publicly accessable? PARD used to have a pile up at Havins in the parking lot that was presumably free to take for landscaping. I assume the christmas tree mulch pile is long gone.

I could use some, is what I'm saying. Buying mulch from Home Depot or whatever to me seems like paying Tommy Hilfiger to advertise for him on your chest. Maybe I'm just a cheapskate.
