recs needed: restaurant for lunch meetings?

anybody have any good rec's for restaurants that would be conducive to a bi weekly lunch meeting. main needs are for the place to be semi quiet and able to comfortably <as possible> seat 15 people. any ideas outside of f'ing golden corral or luby's. Price is not too much of an issue, would like to keep it below $10-12 per person.

try Louie's 106. They have some rooms downstairs in the basement area that are private and they will allow you to sit in for free(Assuming you are eating)

Threadgills has a party room, I believe.
Zax does not seem too crowded at lunch.

downtown and below. the previous spots were bee caves/mopac and 360/bee caves. so anything south/southwest of campus should be just fine, especially if it fits our needs really well.

Carmelo's Italian Restaurant 504 e 5th has a meeting room we used to use for lunch

Brick oven at 15th and Red River has a private room

Tx land and cattle at mopac and bee cave has a private room

great call on the Tx land and cattle. called today and got it reserved, seems like it could be perfect fit in all regards.
