This Blinn QB who transferred from Ok-State, appears a solid pro style QB with an arm that might have been Andrew Luck early in his college career. Jake is from Georgetown. Just 30 miles from DKR.

If you read that scouting report... Texas is determined to have 2 QBs for next year's class. So need one to go with Zack Gentry.
