recovering data files in xp

I have a MS Access 2003 database which I use to save monthly expenses. I accidently changed a bunch of data. Is there any way I can restore my database to the state it was previously in, even if it is from a previous day's state. I was thinking somewhere in the maze of the windows directory structure it would have it . Thanks for any help.

I hate to say it but I think you're out of luck. Vista keeps previous versions of the file but that feature is new in Vista.
