Recording Radio Broadcasts

How do you do it? For example, several of the Rose Bowl highlight videos that have been made by posters include the radio call of the final kick. How do you record something like that?

Right now I am listening to the Bellaire vs. Lamar basketball game early in the year this year from a file I downloaded off of the Texas Sports Radio Network (www.tsrnsports.com). However, it was a file that links to the original file I think and then plays in Windows Media Player. It's like a 1kb file that links to the original file, I guess. How can I save the whole broadcast rather than just having this small linkable file type of thing??

plug a cable from the speaker port to the line in (mic) one and record away =D

I heard about Replay Radio before, but couldn't remember the name of it. Do you use it, Los??

I sure do- it's a great program. They have a shareware version you can try that will only record 60 mins at a time- but otherwise has full capabilities. Like a vcr that will tune to a site/ streaming program-- and capture whatever comes through the soundcard.
