Recall Election for President???

It's time!!! There are too many things to state of his failures. It's much easier to mention his accomplishments. So here are his accomplishments while in office:

Okay I'll have to get back with you when I find one. Meanwhile it's not a matter of "If" but "When" Obamacare has to be bailed out. Yes, a Bailout for something that we put trillions down to work. I really don't think it will get the votes to bailout but you know Obama and Reid and others will try to pull that over the American People's eyes.

I'm really not happy that I'm right about Obamacare failing because it's too expensive of a lesson (1/6 of our economy. That's why the GOP and supporters wanted to prevent it happening in the first place. Lots of money $trillions) down the drain.

Can't do a recall election. It would be unconstitutional. Unless he's impeached and convicted, resigns, or dies in office, you'll have to deal with him until the end of his term.

Yes, 6721, it is an impediment to BO. I wish he had honestly run on the slogan "Damn the Consitution - full speed ahead." Little did we know his idea of "change" and "yes we can" was all about the Constitution.

Deez, when they did the Wisconsin recall election (Scott Walker) was within the constitution but not for the President? Didn't know. I agree that Obama disregards the Constitution over and over. He actually uses the paper that the constitution is written on as toilet paper.

I am confuses which happens
but this from you:
"Can't do a recall election. It would be unconstitutional"
or this
"There's no reason why we couldn't have recall at the federal level."
confuses me
and I am sure you can explain

he is just saying there is no reason a recall couldn't be added as a constitutional amendment, however it currently is not part of the constitution.

Hornpharm, help us out. What are some of those accomplishments that we should agree with? I'm sure there are some however I can't think of them as this president more than most before him feels the election has consequences and that means he doesn't compromise.

Yes, pharm, please list his accomplishments. I suppose you can count getting bin laden even though he had to come straight from his golf game to watch it.

Austinbat, I'll give Obama in general that he didn't just pull out of the Middle East and leave a giant vacuum making it worse, which allowed the killing of Bin Laden. Not that I thought he would but I do think many on the left (maybe far left) thought he would or should do just that.

Awesome! My president is one of the worst ever, so I will blame Bush! We will all wait for the list of BO accomplishments from another of the sheep herd.

I think his point is, where was all of this "the constitution above all" stuff, when Bush never asked for a declaration of war, etc. You just don't like Obama. Now you want to change the Constitution to "defend" it with this idea of recall. You really can't have it both ways. But you won't agree. Surprise!

His point, much like the Obama presidency, is to always blame Bush rather than listing his accomplishments. The silence is deafening.

Recalling an unpopular president who has won two national elections? You know, I guess you must have to live in the Faux News world to think this feasible, likely or a good idea.

Raised taxes on the middle class--check
economy sucks with millions out of work-- check
Half the country on government dole--check
You can keep your doctor--check
ditto healthcare-- check
handled Bengazi well--check
blew more money than any president --check
NSA--check
IRS--check
never knows anything about anything--check
I could go on but I grow weary

- Ended the war in Iraq. Check. (True)
- Winding down the war in Afghanistan. Check. (False)
- Killed Bin Laden. Check. (False. Occurred during his office, but hardly his sole credit)
- Helped with removal of dictator in Libya and prevented US War involvement. Check. (US Ambassador killed in Libya - blamed YouTube)
- Prevented US from going to war in Syria with peaceful negotiations. Check. (Major foreign policy error)
- NASDAQ and Dow Jones closed today at their highest points since Jan 2000. Coincidence? I think not. (US Stock market substantially inflated due to Feds spending spree which is unsustainable. It will come crashing down.)

So I give it a 1.5 out of 6. Hardly a resounding list of accomplishments. I never advocated a recall, but I do believe he has trampled the constitution, which he swore under oath to uphold and defend. For those reasons alone, he should be impeached.
