Thai Spice Express at 8282 Bellaire. The more authentic and less formal member of the Houston Thai Spice chain. Delicious. The Pad Ka Praw kicks all kinds of ***. Spicy, filling and inexpensive. Great lunch deals. Dang... my lips are burning but it tastes so good. Service was fast and the clientèle is mostly Asian, usually a good sign.
