Rangers Win in Playoffs

The Rangers have appeared in four playoff series in their history. Today they won a playoff game after experiencing only two victories previously. With Wilson on the mound tomorrow and the bullpen rested and ready the Rangers look to be in great shape to pull off their first playoff series win.

Looking at their history the Rangers are now 2 wins and 9 losses in postseason play. It would be awesome if they could win a series for first time ever but the Rays are tough.

I still feel like the Rangers would have won that 1996 ALDS if they'd had a closer.

But we're making up for it now, and HOW SWEET IT IS!!

Excuse me on the error. I checked Wiki yesterday and it reported the Rangers had two playoff wins. Didn't realize that the Wiki page was already updated to reflect yesterdays results. Now 2-0 in the 2010 playoffs.

Pinch me. I was 3 when the Rangers came to Arlington and have been a huge fan ever since. I can't wait to be there on Saturday to celebrate!
