Disappointing loss. I'd almost guaranteed a win if you'd told me pregame that we'd score 7 runs. Hunter had nada last night. No command, whatsoever.

And yea, we'll be fortunate to take 1 of 3 now.

I was watching while at a get-together, and so I missed some key events. But I did catch Josh and Tom talking in the second inning about Tommy barehanding a ball, and that being a reason he was not effective after the first.

My question is: why in the hell was he still out there in the third when he looked so bad in the second? If he's hurt, he's hurt -- get him out!

Woo-Woo, we let you down last night. It's hard to be the only guy having to carry a team. And now Josh may be hurt too. Please tell me this is not going to turn into a big pile of dog doo right in front of our very eyes!

Okay. Enough. We bounce back tonight - Harden has a miraculous (immaculate?) return. Lee closes out tomorrow for the series win.

Fellow zealots -
Do not abandon hope. Yes, it was a very disappointing loss - Hunter just had one of those games. But the Rangers still have the biggest division lead in the majors. Today is another day, and the score will start out at 0-0. If the Rangers can score seven runs again tonight, I'd bet on a win.

And don't forget the Angels and the A's still have a bunch of games against each other. If they split, that helps the Rangers. Also remember the old adage - "win at home, split on the road, split against the leaders, mop up on the tailenders." So far, so good.

Now let's get the mojo brewed up and ready for tonight!
