Admittedly, it was a 10-inning game. But the maximum you could leave on base in a 10-inning game would be 30, and the Rangers were only four away from that.

They only left 13 runners on base. The 26 is the total number that the batters left on...which is a different stat. look below the player stats to the Batting section and the last item listed is Team LOB: 13
good point, but as a long suffering ranger fan I am grateful for the current winning streak and series wins. Some good to decent pitching and timely hitting to win games.... let's hope it holds through the all star break.
the 26 is broken up between each player. if one guy strikes out with two on and less than two outs, the next batter could also get out and leave the same two runners on base. this only counts as 2 left on base but is 4 if you sum the contribution from each batter. basically they shouldn't sum the individual LOB stat.
